Now, go outdoors for a 15-minute beauty walk. The sunshine is needed for your skin and health.  You may want to spend a few minutes on toning exercises too.

Does indoors count for a beauty walk? No, this is about fresh air and sunshine for optimal health and beauty.

After: How did you do?

Weigh-in weekly (or more often) to see how you are doing. You are welcome to share if you lost weight and how much.

If you don't need to lose weight, remember that the beauty diet is great for health and is still for you!  Just be sure to add-in a healthy starch at each meal to maintain and reach your calorie goals.
