A very "ideal" vision and one to strive for to be sure. Though, one ought not to be too disappointed to find the "ideal" does not happen as often as we would like! God's mercies are new every morning, Thank goodness!

A good point, Rebekah! We have grace when the ideal doesn't happen. There are obstacles to overcome as a homeschool mom that a school classroom doesn't encounter. Yes, we need an ideal or standard for which to reach, but we might need to adapt to our family's need. For example, a baby might cry all morning. We might do lessons in the afternoon when baby is sleeping.
