The 75 Soft Challenge is kicking off right now!  Join below and move at your own pace. It is broken down into 10 phases - to ensure your success!

What is the 75 Soft Challenge?

Our 75 soft challenge is broken into 10 phases (7 days each) to ensure success! Each phase has a specific goal to be reached before moving on.

Do just 3 things daily . . .
  1. Beauty Diet + Water (800 - 1,200 calories using ours or your own).
  2. Beauty Exercises (45 minutes using our guidelines or your own)
  3. Reading (use ours here or read 1-10 pages of Bible, devotion, other)

Plus, if you are joining our challenge (join below) . . .
  • Weigh-in and report results daily. Accountability brings wins!

Phases

Here are the goals of each phase . . .
  • Phase 1 (7 days) - Complete all 3 tasks (above) + weigh-in and report results + reach weight goal of → 200 pounds or less.  
 
  • Phase 2 (next 7 days) - Complete all 3 tasks (above) + weigh-in and report results + reach weight goal of → 190 pounds or less. 
 
  • Phase 3 (next 7 days) - Complete all 3 tasks (above) + weigh-in and report results + reach weight goal of → 180 pounds or less. 
 
  • Phase 4 (next 7 days) - Complete all 3 tasks (above) + weigh-in and report results + reach weight goal of → 170 pounds or less. 
 
  • Phase 5 (next 7 days) - Complete all 3 tasks (above) + weigh-in and report results + reach weight goal of → 160 pounds or less. 
 
  • Phase 6 (next 7 days) - Complete all 3 tasks (above) + weigh-in and report results + reach weight goal of → 150 pounds or less. 
 
  • Phase 7 (next 7 days) - Complete all 3 tasks (above) + weigh-in and report results + reach weight goal of → 140 pounds or less. 
 
  • Phase 8 (next 7 days) - Complete all 3 tasks (above) + weigh-in and report results + reach weight goal of → 130 pounds or less. 
 
  • Phase 9 (next 7 days) - Complete all 3 tasks (above) + weigh-in and report results + reach weight goal of → 120 pounds or ideal weight. 

  • Phase 10 (next 5 days) - Complete all 3 tasks (above) + weigh-in and report results + reach weight goal of → 120 pounds or ideal weight. IN this phase we will determine the beauty diet and exercises that work for your beauty maintenance!

Can I Skip Phases?

No. The essence of the 75 soft challenge is that you complete all 75 days of consistency. However, if you miss a day, you do not have to start over. You just count every day that you complete all 3 tasks above + reporting in!

If you weigh 120, 140, 160, 180, etc., you still start at phase 1. The weigh-out portion of that phase will be easy for you, but you will still have the benefits of building habits for good health.

When do I move onto the next phase? 

You must reach the weight goal for that phase in order to move onto the next phase. One phase may take longer. This will teach you to tweak your diet and exercise for results that work for your body! 

If you are stuck in a phase, continue to report weight daily, but extra days will not  count toward the 75. A limit of 7 days/entries per phase. 

A few things to "unstuck" you  . . .
  • Try lower carb days
  • Try lower fat days
  • Try both
  • Exercise with a little higher heart rate (walk a little faster)
  • Exercise in the sunshine!
  • Almond milk (lower calorie) in coffee
  • Follow our beauty diet

Do I have to report my weight?

Yes, you do have to report-in each day that you complete the challenge in the format below, but you have an option on how to report it.
I completed (Day 1) and weight was (fill-in) or I lost (blank pounds) so far. Anything else you want to say ...

Hi, I’m Sarah of the Ozarks and I would love to join this challenge! Perimenopause is hard, and I am currently at 200 pounds (far above my natural weight of 150lbs).
