After you join the 75 Soft Challenge here, you can begin Phase 1. Let's go! Phase 1 Begins (First 7 Days)Each day, complete all 3 tasks (below) + report your success in the comments (below) so you can be apart of our winners' circle and grand prize drawing. #1 Beauty DietEach day, track your Beauty Diet + Water using the free app: myfitnesspal to track a limit of 800 - 1,200 calories + 6 cups water. Food chioces are up to you, but for optimal beauty try our beauty diet. #2 Beauty ExercisesEach day, complete Beauty Exercises for 45 minutes. Again, you can use your own plan or try our progressive plan below.
Our exercise plan gentle progresses with you in each phase here. #3 Beauty ReadingEach day, read at least 1 page (up to 10) of something uplifting: Bible, Devotional, or other. Why not turn on gentle classical music and find a cozy corner while reading or try our mother culture reading plan here. #4 Weigh-in and ReportEach day, after you complete the challenge, weigh-in and report below in the comments. "I completed Day 1 and my weight was or I lost blank pounds so far." Add anything else you want to say or cheer others on.

Great job, Monica, on completing Day 2 and on your results so far. You're doing amazing. I agree ... it is so easy to fall behind on self-care and homekeeping (both) when homeschooling, but not impossible, as we are doing it! Better habits are possible. :)

I have finished days 3 and 4. On day 3 I lost 1 lb and Day 4 i lost 1 lb, I will have to tweek my diet program since my husband and kids are waning to have a better diet as well.
