How We Choose Our Books

​All booklists are carefully selected to meet the following criteria:
  • ​We use a balance of Biblical textbooks and living books. See our method.
  • Books should be beautiful and of high quality in text and illustration; that's why we select many old-fashioned books.​
  • Books should be sold based on actual value of printing (price per page) to meet consumer need, not producer want for profit. Limit 10% or less as consumable, so most books can be resold.
  • Books should be handbooks, but for economy's sake, most are available for free online reading indicated by a star (*).
  • Books are linked to Christianbook.com or other press (if above criteria are met); affiliate compensation helps to offset operational costs.
