Article 1: Copyright. All content of this ​Old Fashioned Education website is copyrighted by the author, Renee Metzler, unless attributed to another author. 

Article 2: No Fees. Under the terms of this license agreement the curriculum, booklists, schedules, articles, and all other content of this site is available FREE of charge except optional Teacher Guides and resources found in the shop.

Article 5: Personal Use.  Permission is given for users to make copies of printables as needed per family. Paper copies of printables from this site may be distributed to others on the condition that they are for private, personal use only, not sold for profit, remain in their original form, and include the original copyright and logo.

Article 4: Use of Name or Logo.  ​Use of the Old Fashioned Education.org name and logo (both oral and written) in connection with this curriculum is not permitted without written permission. Permission can be requested here.

Article 5: User Consent.  This curriculum is provided as a service to homeschooling families (co-ops, cottage schools, private schools, public schools), and, although planned by a teacher, does not carry a guarantee. Users understand that they are the responsible party for all aspects of the education of their student(s).
