Adapting to Multiple Grade-LevelsDo you have more than 1 grade-level to teach? If so, use this schedule for teaching Individual Study. Here's a look at Day 1 with 3 students. Block 1: Teach Math (Day 1 to 4) to your youngest child while the other students complete their Seatwork. (Seatwork includes Reading, Writing, and Spelling practice.) Remember to check-in with older students on their daily Math work. Their daily grade will indicate if your child needs extra practice or help. Block 2: Read Science (on Days 1 and 3) to your whole family with our Enjoying Science Together Program plus grade-level assignments. Nature Study is also enjoyed on Day 4 of Enrichment Study. Block 3: Teach Language Arts (on Days 2 and 4) to your younger children as a together grammar lesson, while older children work independently.
