Need a little Mom Time? As mothers, we need a little Mom Time, a few minutes to ourselves, to breath and hear ourselves think. In my Mom Time 2024 planner I’ve included my own plans for the first 3 months which include: Spiritual Growth - Devotions, Mental Growth - Fiction and Non-Fiction Readings, and Physical Growth – Exercise. With only 3 suggested activities each day (15 minutes each) it takes less than 1 hour to get in a little mom time. In addition to the basics above, I include other ways to nurture yourself: Psalm Repetition, Tea & Poetry, Outdoor Walks, Book of Mottoes, Beauty Treatments, and Sewing (or Buying) a Color Coordinated Wardrobe. Links to free books are below. Enjoy!
