The Praying Remnant: Groups for Moms

Do you need encouragement to stay the course of Godly motherhood? Prayer is the answer. It seems so simple, yet mountains are moved in our prayer closet. Today, I want to share an article called The Praying Remnant + Groups for Moms that might help you stay encouraged to stay the course of homeschool and for building up one another.

We are "(Training) up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it" (Proverbs 22:6).

This verse has been on my heart lately.

As mothers who want to raise our children to be respectful and know right from wrong. We want our children to understand our human problem, "sin," and our solution, "Jesus" - the gospel. 

Because the world does not teach respect and morals, we, as parents, must say no to television, no to public school, and sometimes, no to "Christian" school or even church - if they do not take a stand against sin or preach the way to salvation through Jesus Christ.

I know I need encouraged.

It is imperative that we raise our children to pray. The times we live in are so evil and the elitists of this world who have no belief in God, let alone fear Him, have decided in their Devos meetings to take control of the world. They believe that "we the people" are too dumb and unqualified to understand the science and the technology they trust. Because they have no fear of God they have abandoned Biblical values, therefore curruption and evil abounds.

If ever there was a time to call upon God in fervent prayer, IT IS NOW. Praying families are indeed the need of this hour. When the Nazis were destroying millions of Jews and other dissenters, the church was silent. The church was so silent it was deafening. It is the same today. Where are the pastors who should be speaking out?

However, God always preserves a remnant.

Will you gather your family to pray together morning and evening?

Will you be part of the praying remnant?

Praying families are world-changing families.
